Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold at Prime & Set Beauty are 100% authentic unless otherwise clearly stated. Any item that is not authentic will be explicitly labeled as “inspired” or clearly noted in the product description before purchase.

Will my item come in original packaging?
Some items may arrive without original packaging, with opened boxes, or with minor packaging damage. This is reflected in our pricing. However, all products are new, unused, and never tested.

Do you accept returns?
